Hello, I'm Ahmed K.Ashour, a passionate fitness enthusiast dedicated to helping others reach their health and fitness goals. I have a strong foundation in exercise science. My own fitness journey began 13 years ago when I decided to improve my physical well-being. I developed a regimen that helped me lose weight, gain muscle, and improve my overall health.

Now, my greatest joy comes from assisting others in achieving their fitness aspirations. I provide personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and motivational support to help individuals stay motivated and excited about their fitness journey.

About The Program

AKT program offers a variety of workouts, including strength training, cardio, mobility exercises, rehabilitation for injures, and a nutrition plan based on your needs designed to challenge and inspire you. Each program is a 12 week program that consists of 4 weeks of preparation followed by 8 weeks of lifting that will spark your gains along with a de-load week. The program also includes video demonstrations and notes on common mistakes and more to avoid in each exercise.
